Cornerstone has a long history of hosting college and graduate interns across our teams. We believe that an extended internship experience is a very strong indicator of a future partner’s long-term opportunity at the firm. We are particularly proud that almost all of the interns we have hired for a full-time position are still at the firm.

Improving Access to the Investment Field
We feel that improving access to the investment field can deliver dividends for individuals, the firm, and the community as a whole. As such, we have developed and help lead community-oriented internship programs, including a joint DEI-oriented program with LCG Associates and EARNEST Partners since 2022, and are actively working to design a rotational program with public-sector partners as well. Additionally, we are organizing industry-wide information sessions at local universities.

Interns in our Atlanta DEI Rotational Investment Internship:
We are actively looking to design a rotational program with public-sector partners. We think that students would benefit greatly from understanding the important role that public pensions play in the investment community, as well as combining experience across both asset allocation and stock selection. We are looking to launch a program later during 2023 for the 2023-2024 school year.
